THE U.S. PRODUCTION PLANT CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT
Reactors
- Stainless Steel, nickel-titanium, Monel, inconel and glass, ranging from 200 gallons to 7,000 gallons
- 500 gallon Stainless Steel Autoclaves (Hydrogenations)
Capable of running reactions at low pot temperatures (-5°C to +5°C) as well as reactions of temperatures to 160°C and higher if necessary.
Most reactors are equipped with Florentine Flasks allowing visible monitoring of water formation in Esterfication and other “water generating” reaction types.
Distillation
- Atmospheric and Vacuum
- Steam and Hot Oil heated
- Stainless Steel, ranging from 30 gallons to 1800 gallons, capable of achieving pot temperatures of 240°C at vacuums of 3mm Hg.
- 35 gallon “completely” glass unit (glass packing) TMAX = 140°C
